Academic work:

I coordinate the ENTER Doctoral Network.

I chair the Jury of the Masters in Economics at ULB.

I worked for the EERC-Russia, the World Bank’s Global Development Network, and the Bertelsmann Foundation as an external academic expert.

Policy:

I am very interested in the processes leading to economic reforms.
I co-edited two books on the topic:

1. “Réformer sans Tabous”, with Jean Hindriks and
   

2. “Reforms without Prejudices”, with Tito Boeri, Riccardo Faini, and Vincenzo Galasso.
   

and I worked for the Bertelsmann Foundation, on the Bertelsmann Reform Index for Belgium.
